Open your mind .

Our fully inclusive courses allow us the freedom to explore many different techniques and theories that sit outside NLP. One of these is something very close to Phil's heart and is breath work and cold water exposure, something he is a passionate advocate of with his coaching clients.

Whether its for business or simply your own personal development, this fascinating course will also help improve your mindset which will lead to highly improved performance without a doubt.

Each day at the villa there is an option to join Phil with some breath work and cold water exposure (very much optional). After this fresh coffee is served alongside a fresh continental breakfast served by our wonderful chef, Ruth.

Below is a breakdown of some of the NLP Practitioner course and the topics covered.

The happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts” .

What you can expect from the 6-Day NLP Practitioner Training Course .

Day 1 .

Phil and his team will always start each morning with metaphors to prepare the mind for learning.

The first morning we explore what NLP is (and isn't) as well as it's development since the 1970's.

The NLP Communication Model is central model to all of the techniques we explore throughout the week.

Cause & Effect and it's relevance in how we 'see' the world and take meaning from it.

The Conscious & Unconscious Mind

The Mind Body Connection and also the vagus nerve

Day 2 .

Phil and his team will always start each morning with metaphors to prepare the mind for learning.

Sensory Acuity - It is very important to start noticing the subtle shifts that occur in physiology during communication.

Presuppositions of NLP, these are elements of our communication which are linguistic assumptions and can comprise the building blocks of limiting beliefs.

Modalities & Sub Modalities - nearly all techniques in NLP utilise the fine structure elements of our 5 senses - we call these 5 senses our Modalities and the fine structure the Sub-modalities

Meta Model - This one of the 'big 2' language models which is a questioning technique that recovers deletion, distortion & generalisations in other peoples language.

Hierarchy of Ideas - Imagine being able to move from the abstract to specific and also laterally across topic of language with your questions.

Representational Systems - Through which modality do you most represent the world in your mind?

Fast Phobia Cure - Would like to know a nearly bullet proof technique for removing someones phobia, no matter how severe?

Day 3 .

Phil and his team will always start each morning with metaphors to prepare the mind for learning.

Milton Model - The largest of the language models and taken from the amazing technique of Milton Erickson who had the wonderful ability to communicate in the abstract and create hypnosis in conversation.

Metaphors - Why we use metaphors and how to utilise them in different ways ie, coaching / business / teaching

Swish Patterns - This is a technique we often use to help someone overcome a bad habit and create a new way of thinking.

Eye Patterns - We explore the fascinating area of eye accessing cues and how we retrieve information in conversation.

Rapport - The 3 R's of life - Rapport, Rapport, Rapport!!!

Day 4 .

Phil and his team will always start each morning with metaphors to prepare the mind for learning.

Brain waves and the different frequencies experienced under hypnosis

Eye & Arm Catalepsy - the students learn the basic catalepsies used in hypnosis

Suggestibility Tests / Convincers

Finger Vice

Day 5 .

Phil and his team will always start each morning with metaphors to prepare the mind for learning.

Anchoring is an approach where we use condition response to maintain a positive state for the client. It can also be used to remove an unhelpful anchor.

Stacking Anchors

Collapsing Anchors

Chaining Anchors

Reframing - Our last language model on the course is the ability to reframe someone else's statement.

Its important to have a fame work and structure to help combine all of the techniques you learn on the course - we do this with the NLP Model of Therapy

Close the days metaphors & relax in the villa.

Day 6 .

Phil and his team will always start each morning with metaphors to prepare the mind for learning.

Review of all modules from the week’s learnings and start to close off any unfinished stories that may have been left incomplete.

Strategy Elicitation is an extension of eye accessing cues where we add language and look to understand how to elicit someones strategy via language & eye accessing cues.

Parts Integration is perhaps the biggest technique we explore at Practitioner level and Phil will spend a few hours teaching and demonstrating this to ensure all of the students fully understand and are confident how to use this very effective technique to overcome conflict of the mind.

Closing Stories and metaphors

Certification at Practitioner & Master Practitioner level with the ABNLP & ABH

After the course is finished the PQ-Performance team will organise a celebration party with some drinks and one last amazing meal before the course departs the following day….
