Join Mindfulness Teacher Mike Kewley for a day of silent sitting and walking meditation, held at the Children's Centre Community Farm.
This retreat involves a day-long programme of guided and silent, meditation, and is perfect for meditators and yogi's interested in deepening concentration, mental stillness, equanimity and insight.
Full instruction will be given, as well as a delicious vegan lunch, snacks and drinks.

Mike Kewley is a teacher of mindfulness, based on the Isle of Man where he offers regular courses, workshops, retreats and one-to-one coaching. He has been exploring meditation and non-duality for over 20 years and is the eldest son of meditation master Dhammachariya Pannadipa
Mike holds degrees in Religious Studies and Western Esotericism and his approach to mindfulness is deeply influenced by zen, neuroscience, the wisdom traditions and Shinzen Young’s Unified Mindfulness System.
He has worked with thousands of individuals helping them to develop powerful mental health skills, discover unshakable happiness and awaken to their true nature.
Mike is also a passionate speaker who has appeared as a guest on Conscious TV, given a TedX talk on Happiness and founded the Mindful Mann Wellbeing Festival.
