I am a full member of Professional Reflexology and Association of Reflexologists accredited and respected organizations, I work to their strict codes of practices and am fully insured and have an up to date first aid certificate.I have had an interest in holistic therapies for many years and I like to use natural remedies to promote my own health and wellbeing.I discovered Reflexology when I was 18 yrs old and I was simply amazed at how it made me feel better. After working in the finance sector and becoming a mum to three beautiful girls, I decided that it was the career for me and so I trained at Gaia School of Natural Health on the Wirral, UK.
